Department Information

Client Services is a focal point of DSI’s service. The department handles requests for information and other general inquiries. It is staffed by experienced personnel who are trained to respond to all client inquiries. They will direct technical inquiries to the appropriate DSI consultant. Our Client Service Representatives have access by computer to specimen status, test results, and test parameters such as methodology, performance schedules, and reference ranges.
